These terms apply to use of our website and inquiries submitted through it. Studio reservations are also governed by the Studio Rules, Cancellation Policy, and the service details accepted when booking. Any different written terms for a custom production apply to that production.
2. Using the Website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or booking. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, upload malicious material, or misuse booking or payment tools. You must have authority to make a booking and approve the payment method you use.
3. Service Information and Prices
Website descriptions help you compare available services. Review the selected service, price, duration, inclusions, and any additional charges before completing a booking. If you believe a description or confirmation is incorrect, contact us promptly. Any proposed correction affecting an existing booking will be discussed with you before changes are made.

A booking is subject to the confirmation and payment requirements provided during checkout or in a written quotation. Cancellation and rescheduling requests follow the Cancellation Policy. Any different package or custom-production conditions must be disclosed and accepted before purchase. A payment dispute does not remove rights available under applicable law.
