Studio Rules

These booking terms help keep Studio 11 safe, organized, and ready for every recording session. Please share the rules with everyone attending your booking.

1. Reservations and Payment

Your reservation covers the date, start time, duration, and services shown in your booking confirmation. Provide accurate contact details and review all inclusions before paying. Any required advance payment or deposit and the remaining balance deadline must be displayed during booking or agreed in writing. These terms do not authorize automatic charges beyond the payment you approve.

2. Session Time and Overtime

Your booked time includes setup, recording, packing, and leaving the space ready for the next session. Arrive ready to begin at your scheduled start time. Late arrival does not change the end time. Extra time is available only with staff approval and an agreed price before the extension.

3. Guests and Minors

Tell us your group size before your visit and obtain approval for additional guests. Follow the permitted capacity for your booking and all posted safety requirements. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The person booking is responsible for communicating the rules to their guests.

4. Equipment and Furniture

Use studio equipment carefully and follow staff instructions. Ask before moving furniture, changing connections, or bringing equipment into the setup. Do not dismantle, remove, or modify studio equipment. Report any problem immediately so we can address it during your session.

5. Food, Drinks, and Cleanliness

Keep food and open drinks away from recording equipment. Use only designated areas for refreshments and ask before bringing food into the recording area. Remove personal items and rubbish, and return moved items as directed by staff. Ordinary resetting is part of studio operations; unusual damage or cleaning needs will be documented and discussed with the booking customer.

6. Safety and Conduct

Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, open flames, unsafe activities, threats, and harassment are not permitted inside the studio. Alcohol requires prior written approval. Keep exits clear, respect neighboring businesses, and follow building rules. Staff may stop activities that present a safety risk; any resulting payment dispute will be reviewed under the booking terms and applicable law.

7. Recording Rights and Permissions

You are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to record guests and use music, footage, trademarks, or other third-party materials in your production. Booking studio time does not grant rights to someone else’s content. Studio 11 does not receive permission to use your recordings in its marketing merely because you booked a session; any promotional use requires separate permission.

8. Files, Delivery, and Technical Issues

Confirm your deliverables, editing scope, delivery method, expected turnaround, and file retention period before booking. Download and back up your files promptly after delivery. Report recording or equipment concerns during the session where possible. If a studio technical issue affects the agreed service, contact us so we can assess an appropriate remedy; this does not exclude rights available under applicable law.

9. Damage and Personal Property

Take reasonable care of the premises and equipment. If you or your guests cause damage beyond ordinary wear, we will document the issue and discuss reasonable repair or replacement costs with you. These terms do not authorize an automatic card charge for disputed damage. Keep your personal belongings with you and check the studio before leaving.

10. Cancellations and Booking Changes

Give at least 24 hours’ notice before the session start time for a full refund or one reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. The Cancellation Policy contains the full process and exceptions.

11. Questions and Special Arrangements
